Yes you’re paying for a service but it’s the exceptional customer service that makes them stand out. The great service offered gave us comfort, knowing our dog Ralphy was in safe hands. Documentation was followed through and then also working with our vets on vaccinations and tests and then also getting involved with our onward carrier.
