Bini was highly responsive, picked up the phone and answered emails timely. As a helicopter cat mum I was so worried but she put me at ease. Even a last minute change of plans was absolutely fine (2 weeks prior to departure).We moved from UK to US in July and Bini told us that there might be a heat restriction in LA airport and we might have to change to San Francisco which would be more expensive, but advised us to just play it by ear and assured us that she could always adjust the flight plan last minute. Cats were picked up by a very nice (and punctual) driver who unfortunately had to wait until I had dragged one cat out from under the bed but was very kind about it. The crates! Heavy, sturdy, huge and comfortable. We will actually upcycle them into furniture now, they are solid wood. We decided not to chose the agency service in the US but pick up the cats from the cargo area ourselves. Bini talked us through the process, sent an elaborate document with all the steps, and connected us to a very nice lady on US side who was on point, answered calls and responded to emails immediately. The documentation was in order and the pickup took half an hour and was way less complicated than anticipated. Cats were shaken but in great condition. All staff took wonderful care of them. I cannot recommend Skypaws enough.
