Ordered drainage crates beginning of December, told would be 3-5 day delivery, still hadn’t arrived by 22nd December. They agreed a refund as they couldn’t tell me when I would receive them, had an email to say the refund would take 5 Days. Following lots of phone calls & emails I eventually received my refund 22nd January. Very very poor service.
