Placed an order on 25th May 2022 for three 110mm pipe parts. Was informed same day (Which I appreciated) that one was out of stock but could replace with a grey instead of a black one. I needed a black one to match a downpipe and said I was OK to wait for all 3 to be posted together as long as it did not take long.Was told by Mandy at Sky plastics that they are expecting one "Anyday now". Heard nothing for a week and they had not arrived. This was the Wednesday before the Jubilee weekend so I appreciate posting during this would not happen. I had no further response via E-mail or voice mails left. Managed to speak to someone (Not Mandy this time) on Monday the 6th of June. Was told they were expecting the part in the afternoon and they would post first thing. On the 8th of June I received a phone call from a guy saying the part was not in but could offer a grey one like they had two weeks ago. I cancelled the outstanding one and the other 2 turned up on the 9th. There was no apologies at any point, a severe lack of communication with me and a chaotic sounding supply system, not knowing when the part would be in. All this time it was still up as available on the website. They do have cheaper prices than many other places, but a 2 week wait with shocking customer service was unacceptable.
