Review:I find it completely unfair and unprofessional the way SkyPrivate has handled my case.Months ago, I requested to have my account voluntarily closed, because at that time I could not work without a computer to install the plugin. The same support agent who helped me with that process is now telling me that I cannot open a new account and that I am flagged as “fraud.”I have never committed fraud or broken any rules. I have sent clear proof showing that my account was closed at my own request, but instead of reviewing my case seriously, the team keeps repeating the same automatic response without even reading my messages, and even blocked me from the chat. That is zero professionalism.The minimum I expect from a company that calls itself serious is to review cases manually and correct errors in their internal records. I always acted in good faith, followed their instructions, and I do not deserve to have my history unfairly marked as “fraud” when it was actually a voluntary closure.
