I had booked through booking.com a flight From Abu Dhabi to Amman, I make sure that it is a flexible flight with all the packages for the outbound trip , however before issuing the tickets it was giving me all the allowances correctly and after issuing the ticket it gave me basic economic, while in the financial details , its clearly mentioned the commercial of the flexible tickets.looking to compensate me for this error , I will not use Skyscanner in my life again as this is not a trusted website with no quality assurance to guarantee my rights.
