Review Time
For the first time using the website, I found showing flight options with the prices from various booking agencies beneficial; however, these booking agencies are not keeping track of the sold-out tickets, which are still published on their website. I went to a few websites, and I spent so much of my time because most of the selected prices were no longer available. That being said, I had an unfavorable customer experience. Also, I managed to book a ticket from one of the booking agencies after a few days I was told the selected paid seat was no longer available, and given the wrong information to use my booking reference number on the airline website to select the seat, but the booking reference can't be recognized for it is with 3rd party booking agency.I recommend if this booking agency utilizes your website as the platform, enhancing the customer experience is a must if it has generated sales.
