My opinion is not about the streaming service, which is acceptable, especially considering the monthly rate. I do not even mean the fact that there is no app for a desktop/laptop. I mean, and I DO MEAN dumb, hollow and shamelessly useless customer service. I asked a simple question if they would include higher seasons of a show. Instead of just telling me the truth that no, do not plan to do that, they threw a chatbot-generated response about understanding, about the higher seasons not being available (like I did not know that) and that I could watch other shows (like I did not see them available, did not see their auto-commercials at the beginning of anything I try to watch and like I was utterly dumb). Their corporate understanding of customer service and customer experience really hits the bottom.
