I signed up for a limited time offer for Sky Showtime, but in my rush I misspelled my mail. Due to a misspelling I couldn't acknowledge my mail and had to contact the company. As I received an answer the next day (Friday) I wasn't sure if the problem would be fixed right away. Sure, I was hoping but as I knew it were the end of the weekday I couldn't expect it. Due to the weekend, I had to wait for Monday to get my problem solved and when it came the problem was solved. I can only base my recommendation of this streaming service on the help and for that I give them top grade's.
