I was looking for a up to date till system as our current provider was starting to cost to much, Ian Dawson who i know through the CIU mentioned that he could help out with this as that is what his main job, so we had a meeting and he explained everything in easy to understand terms of what would happen to get our tills sorted,We got 4 tills installed and Ian Dawson has be there for us every step of the way with his support, also shift4 who installed the tills support is excellent.I would have no hesitation of recommending Ian Dawson for tills system 100% satisfied.
