The terrarium is beautiful. I give them a 5, however, because of customer service. We had the tree replaced twice because it was dead two times upon receipt due to problems with the usps. They could not have been more kind of helpful. I did have to return it at my cost the first time. I don’t think I should have had to do that but the overwhelmingly positive attitude the entire time keeps their rating at a 5. I would ask them to pay for exchange postage if you have to return for similar reasons. Best,
