As a private flight attendant, I depend on reliable, professional brands that understand the demands of frequent travel. Unfortunately, Skytights has been the worst experience I’ve had with any company in this space.They expect customers to purchase tights based on size and color—without the ability to try them on—and yet enforce a strict no-return/no-exchange policy once the item is tried. I followed their sizing chart exactly, and what I received was a poor fit, an inaccurate color match, and a material so flimsy I was afraid it would rip just pulling them up.When I contacted customer service to request a simple exchange, I was told no—because I had tried them on. How else is someone supposed to determine if tights will work without trying them?This was a complete waste of $40+, and their refusal to honor even a basic level of customer satisfaction is unacceptable. Other brands in this industry offer far better service and flexibility—Skytights falls far short. I will be advising my entire flight attendant network to avoid this company altogether.
