Scary service! The Director of the company swore, shouted and hung up the phone with me when i was issuing a formal complaint. The complaint was incredibly serious, they had allowed contractors in to my home without my consent. This was a really scary experience for me living alone as a young woman. Not only did they enter my home without my consent they left it in a mess with rubbish everywhere and damage done to the property (scuffs and dents in the door). They allowed the contractors in as i was leaving in a few weeks, to put up new cupboards for the new tenants! The director/CEO is a disgrace and should be really ashamed of himself to speak to anyone with that much malice and disrespect. Be cautious dealing with this company.
