I contacted this company in distress after receiving a notice for two driving offenses I was not guilty of. Initially, I spoke with a pleasant representative who was about to go on leave, and she passed my case to another who was unhelpful. She wasted my time over several days, adding to my distress with a looming deadline. I was already dealing with significant personal trauma, and I desperately needed kindness. Unfortunately, the second representative showed no empathy. She ignored my calls and emails until I reached a breaking point. I eventually received a call telling me to find another lawyer, as my concerns were deemed unacceptable. They failed to recognize the distress they caused me as a vulnerable individual. I felt like a second-class citizen, and I will be reporting this experience to the relevant authority. I would advise others to avoid this firm; they have shown no respect or professionalism.
