I have just taken delivery of a mini countryman from Slaters in Sunderland. I dealt with Michael all the way through, he was professional and friendly, responded quickly and answered all my questions, even though some of them were a bit silly! The customer care is amazing, they even delivered it to my door free of charge and with a surprise bouquet in the passenger seat well. My car is immaculate, perfect drive, priced really well and lots of checks done before delivery, full years MOT and free RAC cover with the option to extend.
