Robotic staff who just repeat scripts, don’t listen. Told me they didn’t have capacity to apply Equality Act 2010 to Scottish students, emailed their CEO who just batted it back to complaints team….was meant to get a call back from complaints team manager within 24 hours, never happened. I can hardly believe this shambolic company are allowed to handle loans for UK students.
