I need to make a payment but it isn't straightforward, I ask a basic question to their Facebook chat as advised, however it is ignored until I surrender a bunch of information over an insecure channel. My query didn't pertain to my account, they don't need this. It feels at this point as though they are trying to fail until the clock ticks down and they can add to the already ridiculous fees they expect. Trash arm of a trash government.
