Terrible service. Waited an hour on hold and couldn't wait any longer. Phoned another time and waited another hour, got through to an advisor who put me on hold and cut me off. I phoned again and it said there was at least a 45 minute wait, I couldn't bear to listen to the hold music all over again. The message on their automated system says that to avoid the wait you can send a message via the Facebook site. I did this and received a response saying athat they will take 72 hours to respond, in itself that is not a problem, however some time later I received a message saying they were closing and I would have to resend the message the following week, the original message said not to resend. I went on to message again today during their opening ours and was unable to send the message, it seems the message function is now disabled. I then went on to the Facebook posts and there are 100s of people complaining they also can not get through or message them so it's not just me. The problem is that we have very little choice but to use them.
