Either that or monkeys on typewriters.Every single time I have had to interact with SFE, they have somehow cocked up my loan one way or another. Sometimes they mess up my information multiple times in a single academic year.I can’t understand how a single company can be so unfathomably incompetent at every level. It’s actually insane that SFE have managed to screw up this much to the point where I’m telling employees what information to add over the phone when they have it right there in the paperwork I’ve sent them.It would be easier to foster life on Jupiter than it’d be to get SFE to do their job with a modicum of competence.
