This company makes me sick.Wish I could give minus stars. Such a horrible experience. I dread talking to their useless staff who seem totally unable to help me even after waiting for a long time on hold. After following all their instructions I still am receiving scare mongering emails and letters. All I want to do is log in and pay but their password reset doesn't work so I have to make a telephone call every time.Over the last 7 years in contact with this company they have only gotten worse in my opinion. Disgusting high interest with no care for the people who took a loan from them to better themselves.
