I've explained my overseas situation multiple times (written cover letters with detailed explanation and helpful links) and I still get the same automatic style response showing they either just haven't read my letter or just cannot be bothered with dealing with anything that doesn't fit in the box. This has been going on for months and has taken up lots of my time, they make it impossible for me to give the evidence they want so I simply give up!
