If I could give 0/5 I would. Does anyone get the feeling they don’t actually want you to payoff your loan? I can’t believe in this day and age the only way to contact them is via a phone line which no one answers. Apparently people have tried via Facebook? I don’t waste my time with social media rubbish so that isn’t an option for me. Surely there has to be a better way to request a final statement that you can pay off without the danger of then potentially overpaying and then having the problem of needing to phone up again to get a refund... Honestly this company is a joke.
