I was appalled by this company. I was pestered by email and text and when I phoned up, I couldn't even work out how much the sum of money was that I apparently owed. Two people hung the phone up on me. Their attitude was one of disregard. I would never touch this company again. This is once again proof in a cost of living crisis, how one company treats people is disgusting.
