Nicky has been amazing! Anytime I have a question, she responds within 30mins, and handles everything effectively. She offers reassurance and competency.Unfortunately I cant say the same when I try to call... no one ever answers the phone.If it weren't for Nicky's 5 star service I wouldn't bother with Sleek at all.
