Poor customer service. The sales processes and onboarding was swift but once payment was made the response time got longer and now I can't get an answer from the accountant looking at our end of year accounts - I have asked 5 times. Now worrying about missing a Companies House deadline and guessing corporation tax liability which is due next month! A very disappointing experience so far. I would not recommend.
