I ordered a Christmas gift three weeks ago, and despite the website stating it's on its way with a tracking number, there’s no information on the shipping provider or a link to track it. It only says it's on its way. I’ve tried reaching out through social media and email but have received no reply. I’m now filing a fraud claim with my credit card, feeling completely cheated.
