I am still trying to get the service to deliver. I waited last Friday until noon only to be told I wasn't home. They claim they left a calling card, but they did not. Their chat service is unhelpful, only stating I wasn't home. Clearly, the courier never arrived. They are supposed to attempt redelivery tomorrow, but there are no guarantees—I may have to waste several days waiting. Ultimately, I might have to request a return and refund.
