First week my ears felt uncomfortable but now I get my head position closer to the edge for less pressure on my ears. The instruction book is very helpful. I've noticed under my chin and neck lifting and no pressure on the eye area . I'd recommend to start young and maintain your skin's integrity. Im going to be 68 and it's helping me . Thank you kindly
