I do wake up without a puffy face since using the pillow. It did take some time adjusting to the sleeping positions and had some shoulder pain but I think it is getting better. I did have some issues with the material tearing but the customer service replied fast and offered a replacement. Have not received it yet. An ok product but I do not think it is really worth the money.
