I received the pillow, which is very small and flat, it doesn’t work for me. I’ve been asking the company to process a return for over a week. Their response has been, “keep using it and you’ll get used to it,” effectively denying me the right to return the product. I’ve sent at least five emails requesting a return, but they are completely ignoring me. This is a scam, and I won’t stop, I have the right to return the item.
