My husband bought me a cooling pillow as a Christmas gift, but he purchased it early in December without knowing about the 20-day return trial. We were away, and by the time we returned, we needed to let it inflate for 24 hours, plus we had a business trip. When I finally tried to sleep on it, it didn’t fit my head properly, and the foam was too stiff. I reached out twice to initiate a return, but they informed me it was too late. I didn’t have the full 20 days to test it out. If this product is so costly, returning it shouldn’t be this complicated. I hope they can resolve this issue.
