My machine which I payed $1,200 for has stopped working at around 6 months of use. They are saying the warranty replacement period can take 4 weeks with no loaner in the meantime. Mind you this is an important medical device. Also to send the machine in for inspection requires a return label which I haven’t recieved for over two weeks. I’ve reached out to check up on this to no response. Very poor customer service and communication and poor sense of urgency taking care of a warranty claim for customers.
