I bought two chairs that turned out to be the worst I've ever owned. I previously loved a similar model I had for 12 years, but the design changes are significant. The back angle can't adjust to a comfortable position, leaving me, at 5'3”, unable to reach the floor when fully upright. I also found the seat hard and unyielding, contrary to their claims of memory foam comfort. Avoid this chair unless you can try it first, as returns are not allowed, and the price is steep at $11,798.00 with delivery.
