Recently made a purchase and was initially happy with the customer service but the order seems to have gone missing. The tracking information shows the order was shipped expedited mail but it's been 11 days and I've received 2 incorrect delivery dates and the order still has not arrived. The tracking details now show delayed with no available arrival date. As soon as I sent an email explaining my frustration with the inaccurate order tracking information the company went silent. As long as I was happy they responded pretty much right away but as soon as I was not they disappeared. I would NOT RECOMMEND this company. The reviews on their facebook page also indicate shipping problems with them which I really wish I had read before making my purchase.
