Bought 6 pillows and wanted to return 2 of them. This company DOES NOT want you to return items. Most frustrating, difficult experience EVER. You must request a return label from the company in order to return pillows within 100 days. I was given the run around when I requested a return email--literally a back and forth exchange of 12 emails!. I also called and requested a return label and was finally issued one about a week later. I packed pillows and returned them exactly as instructed on the website but did not receive a refund. After 3 weeks I contacted the company again inquiring about my refund. They said they needed the tracking link to process my return. I sent them the tracking link and never heard back. I followed up AGAIN a week later and was told my refund was being processed. I received a refund a few days later. The only reason I received a refund was because on my persistence and consistent follow through. I will never order from this company again.
