Customer service “experts” NOT!I ordered and was immediately charged twice, but for pillows and cases so let it go. Got the “we are dancing” email but no confirmation email with a cancel or order number. The NEXT WEEK I asked if it had shipped (this would be like Wednesday). Got an immediate reply cases were back ordered and will ship early NEXT WEEK. Really?!? Well emailed again on 2/19 now 12 days after initial order. I literally said to cancel. I got a sorry and thanks for understanding here’s your tracking. Get this dated that day and NOT MY LOCATION. Heard crickets. This am, got a sorry for the misunderstanding and a new tracking. I have now asked them to set up a refund (those separate emails have been ignored) I will not be trying this product at all.
