The worst experience I ever had...

I ordered 2 queen pillow sets on 12/31/24 because there was a free shipping and a 50% off special. - 1st issue, I was never given the discount. I had to call and email and show proof of the discount that was offered (luckily I had screen shots). - 2nd issue, I didnt receive a shipping confirmation or tracking for over a week. I had to call and email several times before I was told, the order had no movment and they issued me a new order. - 3rd issue, after 2 weeks, I still did not receive a shipping conformation or tracking. Again, I had to make phone calls to the customer care and send several email. I was told I would get an email with this information in 24 hours. - 4th issue, 3 days passed and I still have not received any shipping conformation or tracking information. So after more than 3 weeks, I finally reached out to them "Again" and demanded a full refund. They immediately sent an email saying they would refund my money.- 5th issue, several days past and I did not receive my refund. So, Again I reached out to them about my refund and they responded, saying, they issued it already. I finally got my refund.What a horrific experience it was to try and buy a set of pillows. I reached out to their customer care as they said and still never got results or the pillows. I truly feel they did not want to give me the 50% discount that they advertised and made it impossible for me to receive this purchase.In retail, it's not only about the product, it's also about the experience. I never got to try their product because the horrible experience I received that did not allow me to receive the pillows. I kept all the emails, and screen shots of the discounts offered, phone calls I made and their responses. Just incase I ever needed to prove my review is 100% legitimate. The only advise I can give to this business is, invest some money in customer care, without that, your product will eventually lose its appeal.
