Karlie and Anna have been our biggest cheerleaders. We worked closely together to establish good sleep hygiene. We had to pause for a month after attempting the pick up, put down method which wasn't the right approach for our 8 month old. During that break, we continued with the wake windows suggested, and sleep aids, but we used a more gradual method during that pause which turned sleep from hourly wakes to learning to self settle and sleeping through the night. For me, having someone to support us through the process, be flexible, and not rush our baby, has been key and why I would recommend them if you're struggling.
