Our sweet little baby would not settle in his cot for naps, only taking contact naps andwe were having 3+ wake ups a night - feeding/shushing/patting back to sleep each time.During our time working with Kristie we had teething, illness and our baby learnt to crawl and pull up to standing. Despite all of that we now have a baby who will happily nap in his cot and can settle himself. Our sleep is much improved and we have so much more confidence and knowledge around his sleep. We know how to get back on track if any issues disrupt his sleep, and when things don’t quite go to plan there is always a plan B to ensure our baby isn’t overtired.
