We have been working with Anna and Karlie to help our twin boys learn to self settle, and improve their naps and overnight sleeping and we just cannot believe the improvement in a short space of time. One of our boys in particular was really struggling with his sleep, he had a rocky first 6 months and was so used to being held and rocked to sleep that I thought he would never self settle but working with Anna and Karlie and their gentle and responsive approach, he managed on day 1 and has continued to every day since. I used to dread naps when I had the boys on my own, often defaulting to walking for hours in all weather as the pram was an easier option - but I can now rely on both boys falling asleep on their own for longer naps in their cots. It’s honestly a struggle to put into words the impact working with Anna and Karlie has had on our lives, they have been just incredible.
