They use AI for the email responses. I literally wrote an email and received a response 30 seconds later. They don't address any issues or problems either. I ordered almost 2 weeks ago and I have yet to receive notice from UPS saying that they received my order for shipment. They say orders are fulfilled within 3-5 business days but it is total bullsh1t.
