Bought their portable blackout curtains via kickstarter, I didn't receive a track and trace for the order so was unaware they were being sent to me, I missed the delivery and was never updated that they even tried to deliver it to me so it was only after I checked myself I realised I missed it and that it was sent back to Sleepout. The company claims they can't track where my parcel is and that it never came back to their warehouse, I paid $100 for shipping and yet they can't see anything they claim. They made a ridiculous offer to send them again to me, asking me to pay again plus shipping as if it's my problem that Sleepout can't manage their supply chain.Worst customer service I have experienced, shameful. Avoid at all costs, their products are not worth the hassle.
