Terrible experience with the company. I had issues with the delivery and got the run around as the shipping company recommended I reach out to Sleepout and Sleepout customer service said it was out of their hands and up to the shipping company. I still have not located my shipment after a week nor heard any update, and at this point, I'm out 200 dollars and still exhausted from waking up every night. For the price of the product, customer service was very disappointing. Would absolutely not recommend ordering.
