This product works unbelievably well for me. I have been using a nasal cpap mask for the past 5 years with no problems. About 3 months ago, for some strange reason, I began to receive bruises and sores on the sides and top of my nose. I tried using the rubber strips but they just made things worse. Finally I tried snugs. My nose is healing and I'm getting restful sleep once again. It is a little tight, because I have a large nose. But there are zero leaks. Sam
