Overall was a pleasant experience with this company. Delivery was quick and my notes were acknowledged and followed. Glad they have different payment methods and an easy to follow website however, there were a few slight inconveniences; there is a small rip on the back of the headboard received, which is out of sight at the moment but it may prove to be a little problematic in the future. Also, I had no instructions provided, which meant that I had to call and email to receive them. The mattress is also very snug, so it would be better to double check the sizes of everything before the order is finalised.
