What an absolutely amazing experience we have had with Sleep Village.
Having ordered with a delayed delivery we realised that we would be ready sooner than expected and emailed customer service. Jay responded outside of normal working hours and arranged for our delivery hold to be removed. A week later we have a beautiful bed that is better than we expected in so many ways. The ordering process was quick and efficient and the delivery was handled expertly.
It’s always a worry ordering from a company online but we are over the moon with our experience and have already recommended to friends and family.
