This product works great, for 3 months I haven’t been able to fall asleep and stay asleep through the night. I was taking muscle relaxers for a neck injury which helped a little, but they made me feel terrible the next day. Now I take two of the nighttime formula before I go to bed and I’ve been sleeping through the night. I don’t wake up feeling groggy the next day too!
