However, ThemePunch is now pushing a 'ground-up rebuild' (Slider Revolution 7) that requires an annual subscription.Instead of honoring the lifetime purchases of their existing user base, they are deprecating Slider Revolution 6. They have explicitly stated that SR6 will only receive critical updates until March 2028, after which it will effectively become obsolete and a security risk.If you are an agency or a web designer looking for a reliable, one-time-purchase tool, look elsewhere. Do not invest in this ecosystem expecting long-term value, as you will eventually be pushed into an off-platform subscription model to keep your sites functioning safely.
