(Iphone 13 pro max).It took 7 days before it gets delivered. I chatted the seller to get an update of who will be the third party courier that will deliver my order but the seller isn't helping. They will just advise you that they will follow up with the management but still no update for days. 7 days after Then my order arrived, charged once using magsafe charger and it starting to scratch. This case is just plastic nothing special. It scratches easily. It hasn't been 24 hours of using it but it got a lot of scratches. I am very careful and oz with my phone. This doesnt give any justice given that its expensive case. Chatted the seller about this but they just seen my messages. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK!UPDATE:They saw my review and ask me if i could change it. Lol, no way! i want people to know how faulty their product and how lousy their cx service is. So Ive decided to replace the transparent case to a pro version and added extra cash as they can only replace the same item i ordered. 5 days later it arrived and to my surprise, they sent me an Iphone 13 pro case when i requested for a iphone 13 pro max! I chatted the seller right away and as usual, the seller was unapologetic. I am so disappointed! If you are planning to order, think multiple time if its worth it considering that the product is too pricey, bad cx service and the stress!
