I ordered a slimcase for my iPhone 14 pro on September 15th 2022. They kept delaying because stock was not available in India warehouse, however they charged my card on September 15 2022 itself. Since I got my iPhone after a couple days, I had to get a case from another brand since Slimcase didn't send me my case despite paying for it.Kept following up, and even after more than 3 months since they charged money for the order, the case was 'not in stock' so they couldn't send my order. I said no issues, send me a costlier variant of the case that fits my phone and is in stock and since you aren't able to send me what I purchased, send me what you have in stock since it's been more than 3 months and you aren't able to deliver what I paid for.And Slimcase shamelessly asked me to pay the price difference, despite it being their fault that they weren't able to send me what I paid for, for more than 3 months.Slimcase sells cases for >~17USD, for a case that probably takes then a dollar a pop. Despite such huge margins, they failed to deliver, and acted petty when I asked them to send the item they had in stock because I can't keep waiting forever. How can one interpret such a petty business, will never be buying from them. In short, I had to buy a case from another brand despite paying to slimcase, had to wait 3+ months and ended up getting a refund after deducting 0.87$ as processing fees. Ended up waiting 3 months, locked up 23.85USD, and a loss of 0.87$ which they deducted while refunding. Pathetic experience.
